The concert of American rapper Snoop Dogg in Yerevan will proceed despite the ongoing protests in the city, according to Telegram channel Mash. The performance is scheduled to take place in the Armenian capital on Saturday, September 23. Tickets for the rapper's concert, which will be held at the "Razdan" stadium, range from 20,000 to 55,000 Armenian dram (approximately $5.5 to $15 thousand). In August, it was announced that the Armenian government would allocate over $6 million for the concert of the American rapper. On September 19, the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan announced the start of local anti-terrorism operations in the territory controlled by the self-proclaimed Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. The following day, the department reported that an agreement had been reached, with the participation of Russian peacekeepers, to suspend the operation in Nagorno-Karabakh. The authorities of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic decided to cease fire and sign a capitulation agreement with Azerbaijan. In the morning of the same day, opposition figure Andranik Tevanyan announced a new protest action in Republic Square in Yerevan, in support of Karabakh and demanding the resignation of the country's Prime Minister, Nikol Pashinyan. It was reported that the protesters blocked one of the roads near the government building in the city.
